At CC Boot, we want you to feel effortless, confident, and in command — from the moment you step in to the moment you decide it’s perfect for you.

We offer free and easy returns or exchanges within 15 days of delivery for boots that meet our criteria. Return and exchange shipping are covered by us, so you can shop confidently knowing your satisfaction matters most.

Fit Guarantee & Return Policy

If your boots don’t fit exactly right or aren’t the perfect match, you may return or exchange them within 15 days of delivery. Both returns and exchanges are complimentary, and we cover return shipping as long as the boots meet our return criteria.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for free returns or exchanges, your boots must be:

Requested for return or exchange within 15 days of delivery
Unworn, unused, and in pristine condition
Returned with original packaging intact
Free of any visible signs of wear — including creasing, scuffing, odor, or damage
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Boots that do not meet these conditions will not qualify for the free returns/exchanges within the Fit Guarantee.

As part of our process, we may ask for clear photos and a short video to verify condition before issuing a prepaid return label.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To begin your return or exchange:

Email us at company@ccboot.store within 15 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- Whether you’d like a return or exchange
- If exchanging, your preferred size or color
- Photos and/or a short video showing the boots’ condition

Requests received after 15 days or without the required details may not be eligible for return/exchange.

Once Your Return/Exchange Is Approved

We’ll email you a prepaid return label
Once we receive and inspect the boots, we’ll complete your return or send your exchange
Exchanges are subject to inventory availability
If your requested size or style is unavailable, we can offer:
- A different size/color exchange
- Restock priority access for future availability

Returns issued without prior authorization or for items that do not meet the criteria may be returned to you.
