We want you to feel effortless, confident, and in command the moment you step in.
That’s why we offer a Fit Guarantee — free, easy exchanges, with return shipping covered by us, when your boots meet the criteria below.
We design our boots to feel as good as they look. If the fit isn’t perfect, we’ll handle the exchange—seamlessly.
Fit Guarantee
If your boots don’t fit exactly right, you may exchange them for a different size within 15 days of delivery. Exchanges are complimentary and return shipping is paid for by the company, provided the boots are unworn and meet our exchange criteria.
Exchange Consideration Criteria
To be eligible for exchange review, the following conditions must be met:

Requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.

Boots must be unworn, unused, and in pristine condition, with original packaging intact.

There must be no visible signs of wear, including creasing, scuffing, or damage.

Proof of purchase is required.
Important: Boots returned with signs of wear, damage, odor, or missing packaging will not qualify for the Fit Guarantee and may be sent back to the customer.
As part of the review process, customers will be asked to provide clear photos and videos to verify condition. All exchange requests are reviewed by our team prior to approval.
Requesting an Exchange
To request an exchange, please email company@ccboot.store within 15 days of delivery and include:

Your order number.

The reason for the exchange.

Photos and videos clearly showing the condition of the boots.
Requests received outside of this window or without required documentation will not be reviewed.
If Approved
If an exchange is approved:

We will email you a prepaid return label.

Exchanges are processed as soon as the original pair is received and inspected.

Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.

- A different size/style exchange
- Restock priority placement

A return option (if you choose to offer this — optional)
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages or Order Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your boots arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact company@ccboot.store within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.
