The basics

For light dirt: A soft, dry microfiber cloth. Wipe in one direction, not circles.

For stains or scuffs:

1. Dampen a clean microfiber cloth with warm water and a drop of mild dish soap.
2. Wring it out until it's barely wet.
3. Blot the stain gently — don't scrub.
4. Wipe again with a clean, damp cloth to remove any soap residue.
5. Air dry at room temperature.

Skip entirely: bleach, alcohol wipes, magic erasers, acetone, anything abrasive.

The embroidered Logo

• Use a soft-bristle brush (a clean, unused toothbrush works) and go in the direction of the stitches — never against them.
• Never pull at a loose thread. If one comes loose, snip it flush with small scissors.

The heel

• Wipe with a damp cloth. Dry with a soft one.
• No abrasive cleaners and no rough sponges.
• If you scuff it against a curb (it happens), a small amount of clear plastic polish can bring the shine back.

Storage

• Store them upright. Boot shapers are ideal.
• Never fold them at the ankle.
• Keep them out of direct sunlight in storage.
• The dust bag provided is perfect for longer-term storage.
